Small, round firm lump noted on lateral aspect of dogs stomach (junction with R leg) what is this?

From the image it looks to be a cyst, but a diagnosis cannot be made without an aspirate of the mass and cytology. I wound recommend monitoring it or having it assess by your veterinrian at your pet's next visit. I do not believe it is urgent at this time.

It could be an infection, cyst, or mass. If it doesn't seem to be bothering him, you could monitor it for a few days and see if it resolves on its own. If it persists or gets bigger than he should be examined by a veterinarian to determine the cause. Your veterinarian can do a fine needle aspirate to diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. He may need an antibiotic or the lump may need to be removed and biopsied.
