Senior dog not eating, vomiting, and weak. Are these end-of-life signs?

My 14 year old collie cross German shep, has arthritis in her knees, and for a few months she's has a cough, over the last 3 weeks she hasn't had solid poos and in the last few days she hasn't eaten a thing but is drinking water, she also vomited today and now she hasn't got the energy to stand up! Is she close to passing away :(. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 14 years and 3 months old

You cannot leave her in this condition, dying is not a pain free process. You need to take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.
