Dog fell, stumbling, twitching after tick. Is it tick-borne disease?

Removed a tick about a week ago and our dog went to get off the couch and fell to the ground, he got up but was stumbling. Last night for a good hour his back legs were twitching . He’s only 2 1/2, he’s a rescue dog but we’ve had him about a hear and a half . At times he seems to be out of breath. I pulled out the entire tick and we put it in alcohol, picture attached. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 60 lbs

That tick looks pretty engorged so it may have been feeding on Spike for a bit. He could have a tick borne disease like Lyme disease causing his symptoms. I'd take him into a vet immediately to get checked out. Best of luck.
