My dog is suddenly barking, peeing inside, and acting strange. Is she sick?

My dog was randomly barking last night. We’d check everything to see what she was barking but there’d be nothing. She went onto our normal nightly routine going potty before bed. I got up let her out like but she peed in her kennel she’s never done that. She went outside, when she came in she wasn’t super active. She normally is super excited to see me and she also won’t give kisses and that’s how she greets. Her head sways when she looks up. What could be wrong? Or should I take her in? It could be Maren ate something when she was outside that upset her stomach or she may have hurt herself. Without seeing her in person, I can't say what is going on. I do think it's a good idea to have her seen by a vet for a health check. I hope this helps!
