My 8-month-old dog is skinny, vomiting, and not eating. What's wrong?

My dog is so skinny he is 8 months old and is sick from past 3 weeks.. For first 7 days he didn't eat anything after tbat he started eating but skip a meal once in two days.. And he eats grass mud and all other stuff.. Also he vommit yesterday.. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | 8 months and 6 days old
