My dog is lethargic, in pain, and won't bend down. What's wrong?

Our dog is acting very lethargic which is not like him. He won’t bend over to eat or drink and seems to be in pain we just don’t know from where. He yelps if we try to pick him up. He had no injuries we are aware of or see on him. Pet's info: Dog | Cockapoo | Male | neutered | 17 lbs

It could be Charlie has some pain in his neck or back. Please do not give him any human pain medication. Many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Rest him tonight and take him into the vet in the morning to get this diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
