My dog's poop is black after antibiotics, should I deworm him again?

Dante's potty is not getting normal. After Antibiotic course, he is eating boiled white rice with boiled chicken or beef for more than 2 weeks. Todays potty pic is attached herewith. We have dewormed him on 30th march 2020. Should we have to deworm him? Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 21 days old | 54 lbs

This is very serious. Black stools mean that it is digested blood. So, he is still having some bleeding somewhere in his intestinal tract. You can deworm him again - that would be a good idea. If you are able to get him some probiotics I would give him that and also start putting him on regular dog food. You should also start giving him some Omeprazole 10mg once per day. It is a human drug and you can likely buy it at your local pharmacy. I would give that once per day for two weeks and then stop. As long as he is eating that is a good sign.
