It could be Chloe has a severe stomach illness, may have eaten something rotten, could have a foreign body, or pancreatitis. It's very concerning that she has been vomiting and not eating for the past 24 hours. I'd have her seen by a vet now to have this diagnosed and treated. I hope this helps!

Poor Chloe! In a puppy I'm always more concerned about vomiting and inappetance. There is a possibility that Chloe ate something that could be causing an intestinal blockage or she could have an infection or even GI parasite causing this issue. Puppies, especially small breeds like Maltese, can develop dehydration and low blood sugar if they do not eat and have been vomiting. I think it's important to take Chloe to see your veterinarian as she may need X-rays or supportive care to stop the vomiting. I hope Chloe is feeling better soon!
