Pet's info: Dog | Cavalier King Charles Spaniel | Female | spayed | 22 lbs

Hi, my dog Maggie 4 year old cavalier went to the beach last night and might have eaten a lot of sand and tiny tiny seashells and today had a healthy poop but then had diarrhea of sand pile and threw up yellow bile and refused to eat breakfast or even a treat and is very lethargic but she can move around but doesn’t want to. I pushed on her stomach but she doesn’t seem as though she is in pain

Poor Maggie. If she ate a lot of sand and seashells, that will be making her sick. Because she is vomiting, having diarrhea, is very lethargic, and not eating, she is too sick for a home remedy. You need to take her into a vet immediately to get this treated. Best of luck.
