Why is my 1-year-old dog suddenly sleepy and not eating much?

My 1 year old dog seems sleepier than normal and isn’t eating as much as usual. His poop and pee are fine and he acts normal otherwise. He plays normal and eats treats fine. Goes on walks fine. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 11 lbs
