My cat has circular red spots on her head and neck. All the hair there is gone. Pet's info: Cat | Feral | Female | unspayed | 6.61 lbs

It is hard to say what is going on without seeing your cat. You can send another question on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach and attach a photo of the bald patches. It may be a ringworm if the change is circular but it also could be skin allergy, hot spot, parasites infestation etc
