My cats flu but their snot is not normal there is blood. It is ok ? What the first step to help them? I already give them medicine.

Hi, and thanks for your question. This sign could be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or possibly to a rhinitis (inflammatory, allergic, infective). Complicated infections can result in bloody discharge. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics (a different one or second) may be needed.
