My dog has dry, hard poop, is constipated, and not drinking.

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 66.139 lbs

I think my dog is suffering from constipation. Her faeces is very dry and hard. She's taking so much time to poop and not drinking much water. I'm worried about her. It's summer here in india. I'm not understanding how I can save her from dehydration. She's a golden retriever. Age : 1 year 2 months. Sex : Female.

It's unusual for dogs to become constipated unless they have ingested bones or something else that is stuck in the colon, or if they have another underlying disease. I would recommend having her examined by a vet, although I'm not sure that's an option right now if you are under quarantine. If you want to encourage water consumption you can try offering canned or other moist food, or mixing water or broth with her dry food.
