Hi Melanie, thank you for your answer! They actually outright accused me of working for another pet food company. They asked me if I was calling from another company. They said that quote “you ask a lot of unusual questions that most of our other customers do not ask” I claimed that I just like to acquire in depth and solid information about a company and product before I plan on using it for any duration. they seemed offput by me asking quote “so many questions.” What are your thoughts on this?

That is incredibly rude! They sound very defensive to me, which again makes me think they have something to hide. I would never use a company who is so rude to potential customers. You have been posting on this site for a while, and your questions to us have always been polite and respectful. I have no doubt you were the same when asking them your questions, and for them to respond this way is unacceptable. I'm sorry they were so rude to you!
