Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Male | unneutered | 8 years and 2 months old | 50 lbs
Spaniel dog. Diagnosed malignant neoplasm oral cavity. Rt lower jaw molar. Operated 15th March. There’s regrowth same area with two swollen guilty rt neck region. I do not want to put my dog on chemo. What is the best option of treatment available. There’s no weight loss yet. He is bit down though. occasional discharge is noticed (oral), very light reddish. I do not have very good services available for pets here. Pls advice !

I'm sorry Jackie Boy has cancer! If you don't want to do chemo, you can see about doing another surgery to remove as much of the regrowth as possible. Other than that, I would keep him as comfortable as possible and keep a close eye on his quality of life. Once his quality of life is low, letting him go is the best option. I'm sorry.
