My dog was attacked and has a swollen, limping leg. What should I do?

Hello! My dog was attacked by two other dogs on Sunday (4/5/20). He isn't even a year old yet; his back leg is very swollen all the way from his hip to his paw, he is limping on it and he has multiple wound marks. The two pictures were taken the day it happened but I have cleaned the wounds since then and can send better ones if needed. What can I do to help him?

You need to take Fred into a vet now, this cannot be treated at home. I suspect the wounds are infected causing the swelling, and he's limping because he's in pain. Please take him into a vet right away, leaving him in this condition is cruel to him.
