My Shih Tzu with UTI won't eat, drink, or pee. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | 15.4 lbs

My shih tzu 5yrs old dog, refuses to eat, drink and also he is not urinating or pooping. He is diagnozed with UTI and currently taking Cotrimoxazole. After almost 2 days he is still not peeing or pooping. What should I do? Not vet is available right now due to the situation.

Sa sounds very sick, and unfortunately this cannot be treated at home if he's not eating and drinking, and has not peed or pooped in two days. Vets should be available for emergencies, and this counts as an emergency. Please call around to local vets to find someone to see him now.
