My puppy is sick: not eating, not drinking, and constipated.

Question

My dog has been very strange for 2 days now , his eating habits aren’t the same he won’t eat his own food , he’s not drinking as much as he would and he seems to be struggling to poo, he had one earlier on today and it was ever so little with overflow? He is only 8 months old, he is also having the odd shakes every now and again like they do when there dreaming but he’s awake. It sounds like Buddy isn't feeling well - he might be constipated which can cause some abdominal pain and decrease in appetite, or he could actually have diarrhea. He may have eaten something that is causing an intestinal obstruction or he could have a fever or infectious disease. I would recommend having a vet examine him to help determine what might be going on.
