Poor Willow sounds quite sick! She could have a pyometra (an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment), a systemic illness, or may have gotten into something toxic causing her symptoms. Without seeing her in person, I can't say for certain. The best thing to do is take her into a vet immediately, as she is too sick to treat at home.

Oh my. This does sound serious. She could have a bacterial, viral or parasitic infection causing her fever, lack of appetite and loose stool. I am unsure how old she is or if she has been fully vaccinated, but she needs to see a vet right away for bloodwork analysis to ty and find out what type of infection is there, so that the correct medications are prescribed for her. I would recommend taking her in as soon as possible if you want to help Pocket have any chance of improving her condition. I hope that Pocket is able to make a full and speedy recovery. My Western Highland Terrier (just turned nine) has been throwing up all day. He refuses to eat anything, not even rice. He shakes even when he is in a blanket. And he walks slowly with his tail tucked between his legs. Normally when someone arrives
Oh my. I am afraid your pet is very sick. Pancreatitis is very common in this breed, as is other disease processes like liver and kidney disease. This does not sound like a mild stomach upset, so if you want to help him you must take him to a vet for an examination and diagnostic testing to identify the underlying problem so that it is treated specifically with medications to improve his overall condition. Until you can get him seen try offering small amounts of liquids including non-flavored Pedialyte and small amounts of Ensure to offer some nutritional support.

My Boston Terrier is in pain, but I'm not sure what's wrong. She is weak on her back legs and is shaking. I also noticed that it hurt her when I picked her up because she made a kind of sigh humming noise. It also seems like her stomach and rear hurt
If Olive is having a problem with both back legs, I would suspect she has an issue with her back or hips. Rest her tonight. No running, jumping, or playing. Take her out to potty on a leash, and bring her right back in when she's done. First thing in the morning, take her into her vet. Do not give her any human pain medications, as many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. The vet can prescribe safe pain medications for her. I hope this helps.

my doggie is acting strangely. shes shivering when she walks. balance is off, she looks lethargic.
Poor girl. These symptoms are highly suggestive of a toxin or drug intoxication. If this has been going on for more than 15-20 minutes duration, then I would highly recommend taking Bella Rose in to your local vet for a proper exam, diagnostic testing to hopefully pinpoint the problem, and treatment to help stabilize her condition. IF she did ingest a toxin, then the vet wil lhave to detox her quickly to help prevent any permanent damage on her organ systems, and also to prevent further absorption of the toxin in her gut. Another possible cause for these symptoms is a pyometra (spontaneous uterine infection). This can happen at any time in non-spayed female dogs and leads to septicemia which can cuase similar symptoms invvolved in a toxin ingestion. Tihs is also considered to be a serious condition and should be treated for as quicikly as possible by your vet. I hope that your fur baby Bella Rose is able to make a full and speedy recovery. My dog is breathing heavily and shaking and not wanting to be held. She is 2
Willow is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe she is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with her.

At about 5 o clock my dog started shaken and puking she tryed walking and stand but she couldnt she fell she puked and started shaken really bad about 5 times since she shakes when trys walking shes moving a lil better now but her head is tilted her
Oh my. Poor girl. Her symptoms are highly suspicous of a poisoning or neurological condition. I would highly recommend taking her in to your local ER vet right away for a thorough exam some diagnostics tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, etc) and treatment. Jade sounds very sick, and it could be she has something serious like a pyometra. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. She needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

I have a 8 week old puppy, he got his first shot about a week ago and deworming pill. I think he may have got into something, but he has white puss in his eyes, just threw up and is acting quiet today. I just moved so that could possible be why?
Poor Willow! This white pus in his eyes are a sign of an eye infection, and he has to see a vet immediately for it. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with them should be considered an emergency. Leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Willow into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see him now. While there, the vet can investigate the cause of his vomiting, which can certainly be caused by eating something he shouldn't, as well as parvovirus, GI illness, or a foreign body.

Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Poor Bella! How old is Bella? I would not want to to give her vaccines if she is vomiting after she eats. If she vomits EVERY TIME she eats then that is concerning. Causes for vomiting are: intestinal parasites, pyometra (infected uterus which is a surgical emergency), foreign body (something is stuck requiring surgery), dietary indiscretion (ate something gross that is upsetting her stomach), food allergy or intolerance, toxin ingestion, Kidney or liver problems, cancer. Without seeing pictures of her eyes it's hard to say what is going on. Red eyes can be from allergies or an infection but it also could be from glaucoma, a corneal ulcer, uveitis or even be from something internal going on. I highly recommend taking Bella to the Vet for an exam and to discuss all that is going on with her. I hope this helps and I wish Bella the very best!

Sorry to hear that Mavis hasn't been feeling too well. There is no telling whether or not the eye problem is actually related to the other issues you are reporting. Certainly it sounds like the eye is irritated, which can cause enough pain and discomfort to make a dog not want to eat or move around. The vomiting, however, indicates that there is something else happening relating to the GI tract. Even if this were just an eye issue, I would definitely suggest you take Mavis in to the veterinarian to verify there is no corneal ulcer (treatment can not safely be commenced until this has been determined). While there, they will be able to assess Mavis fully for any and all other issues. In the meantime, at home you can check her temperature (99.5-102.5), gum moisture / color, and skin elasticity.
