What's this bump or lesion under my 3-month-old puppy's mouth?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 2 days old | 8 lbs

My 3month old puppy, Omega, has this lesion under his mouth. He got his 1st round of shots on the 30th which was the coronavirus, DAPP, pyrantel, and bordetella.

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Omega. This may be from a injury or it could be due to a small benign growth. It doesn't look red or irritated, so it does not appear infected. I'd keep an eye on it for now. If it gets bigger, starts to bother him, or appears infected, then you need to have him seen by a vet. It is hard to tell but this appears to be a possible growth. Growths in puppies ar usually either papillomas or histiocytomas, both benign masses. I would suggest monitoring this mass for the next week or so. If it starts to get bigger, then its best to have your vet examine it and perhaps test it to ensure it is only a benign mass and nothing to be concerned about. Sometimes an anti-inflammatory medication is needed to help with the irritation that these cause. Also if Loki begins to scratch at it, its best to place an e-collar to prevent her from irritating it further. I hope everything works out well for your pet Loki. Best wishes and take care.

Just noticed small, red, blood filled bump on my dogs lip
The photo is a little fuzzy so its hard to say. It may be an oral papilloma, which is due to canine papillomavirus. Typically these resolve on their own, but many more may pop up over the next few weeks on his lips and in his mouth. It could also be an inflamed hair follicle or a skin infection. If its not resolving over the next few days to weeks, or if it seems to be getting worse or causing him discomfort, please take him to your vet to be evaluated. I discovered this on the inside of my dogs cheeks and one on his lips. He is a English cream golden Retriever 11 months old. It’s a white hard smooth looking bumps. It doesn’t seem to be hurting or bothering him. I don’t know if this is normal or not
These look like benign papillomas (warts). They are very common in young dogs and generally don't cause pain but can be severe in some cases. They are also very common in young dogs and are caused by a virus. They are self-limiting which means they generally go away on their own within 1-2 months without any specific treatment. Sometimes they do require cryotherapy for removal in those severe cases, which in this case it doesn't appear to be the case. I looking at my puppy as he was chewing on his toy and I seen that he has a red bump on the inside of his bottom lip. What might this be?
It may just be a little boil that formed due to a mild infection or even trauma from his tooth. If it isn't bothering him then I would just keep an eye on it for the next 2-7 days to see if it resolves on its own. Most of the time these do. If it doesn't then have your vet take a look to see if treatment is needed.

Thank you for using Boop by Petco! Kona does have what appears to be a small, round, red and slightly bloody bump on her lip margin. This can be caused by an infection, which may have resulted from a small cut. While Kona is pretty young, it is possible that the bump is a small tumor, and it can be removed to determine if it is benign (not harmful) or malignant (likely to spread). It is concerning that the bump has gotten bigger over time, so I recommend having her seen by a vet. You can get her an E-collar or "cone" to prevent her from scratching or rubbing the area. However, if it’s not improving in 5 days or so, I would recommend that you schedule a recheck with your vet. I’m worried he may need antibiotics, as he may have a deep skin infection. Hello I just got a new Cane Corso puppy and he has two white pustule looking things on his lip they are on both sides same spot. What are they? im so scared it’s something horrible!!!
No need to worry too much yet. In such a young dog it is highly improbable that anything too terrible is wrong. In all honestly, it is very hard to make a diagnosis of dermatologic issues without actually feel the lesion, and / or collecting some diagnostic samples. At first glance, they look like eosinophilic plaques (otherwise known as rodent ulcers), which are actually much more commonly seen in cats. Since you are seeing these lesions on both sides of the mouth, it's also possible that this is something anomalous but normal in your dog. Another possibility is that your pup could have bit onto something that cause some irritation, and it is now causing something wrong symmetrically. If the areas aren't getting large and are not bothering your dog, my advise would be to leave things alone for the time being to see if there is any change. However, it wouldn't be wrong to take your dog to the vet now to have him checked over. Hope this makes sense!

Hello. This is really difficult to evaluate from a distance, so I really think you should have this looked at soon. This could just be some benign gingival hyperplasia, but papillary squamous cell carcinoma has been described in puppies this young & should be treated aggressively. This morning i found what looks like to be a pimple on my puppies lips. When he goes outside he likes to eat bugs and and gets all in the grass and dirt.
Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. Judging from the pictures, it appear that Butta has a small pimple like mass on the muzzle. This could be a pimple, insect bite or viral papilloma. I would recommend keeping a close eye on this and if it worsens, I would take him in to be examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made.
