Pet's info: Dog | Carpathian Shepherd Dog | Male | unneutered | 4 years old

Hi! I have a carpatian sheperd( 4 years old) . i noticed something on his paw about one week ago. Only one finger was affected ( pic 1). A vet recommended antihistaminic systemic treatment because he thought it s an allergy. After 1 week of Loratadine treatment his lesion extinded to the other finger (pic2) .it doesn t seen to hurt or itch. What do you think it is and what do you recommend?

It is most likely a fungal or bacterial infection of the skin. There is also a chance it is mange. It does not look like an allergy. I think you need to talk to your vet about trying a different course of treatment.
