my cat meowing starting to sound deep, it used to be normal but now different, she keeps following me everywhere , could it be she is sick? like a flu

A voice change can sometimes be a sign of an upper respiratory infection but without other symptoms I wouldn't be too concerned, If your cat starts sneezing, or if you notice red eyes or discharge from the eyes or nose then there might be more concern.
