My dog ate glass but is acting normal. What signs should I watch for?

No vets are open in my area due to coronavirus. My dog knocked over something glass while I was at work. She took pieces and put them in other rooms. I am concerned that she might have eaten some glass but is acting normal. Is there any signs I should watch for? Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Female | spayed | 48 lbs

Watch for vomiting, excessive drooling, blood coming from her mouth, diarrhea, blood in her poop, lethargy, or a loss of appetite. If you see any of those signs, Abby will have to see a vet. Vets will see animals for medical emergencies during this time.
