My cat is still sick and not eating after vet visit, what should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 8 years and 3 months old | 8 lbs

My cat has been to the vets, as she wasnt eating if drinking and being sick, which was just foam or bile. She was kept in fifth 2 days, had xrays, iv fluids, blood tests etc and nothing found, they said it was gastric. Since she been home she is drinking but only eating a very small amount and still not herself what should j do?

Poor Mia! If she still seems to be sick, then I would recommend calling your veterinarian or taking her back in for a recheck visit to see what your vet suggests as the next step from here. It sounds like she may need some additional diagnostics such as an abdominal ultrasound, GI blood panel, or even exploratory surgery to help figure out what's wrong.
