My dog is excessively gassy and throwing up. When to see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 11 months old | 23.5 lbs

I picked up my dog from her groomer today and she has been excessively farting to a foul smell and threw up some chunks of meat. what can i do to clean out her digestive system and stop the farting? should i take her to a vet/emergency care?

Poor Panda. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. Withhold food tonight, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she refuses to eat the bland diet, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.

If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, he starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. I hope this helps!

Poor puppy! This vomiting could be caused by a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, pancreatitis, or even parvo if she isn't fully vaccinated. If she has been vomiting for less than 24 hours and not vomiting multiple times per hour, you can try a home remedy to see if that helps. Withhold food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet.
