What's wrong? My dog has sudden vision issues, red eyes, peeing.

Hello my dog is 1 years old and she’s a beagle mix with a miniature border collie mix. She suddenly Have some kind of eye sight problem like she’s comfortable going at home but in dog parks she’ll look like she’s lost. Her eyes are not cloudy but tend to get reddish around it so I put eyes drops to hopefully not get it dirty. And lately starting today I’m not sure if I’m saying this right but she’s been peeing a lot also and their order less and kinda clear, her eating is fine. please help thank

She really needs to see a vet for this problem. There is any number of possible diagnoses for her eyes. The eyes must be examined in person and with special equipment (ophthalmoscope, tonopen, etc) in order to get a diagnosis. Eyes are very delicate organs and can go bad very quickly so do not wait too much longer to have her examined or she may permanently lose her vision. I don't know if the peeing a lot is connected to the eye problem but it could be. Please take her to a vet for an exam.
