My dog has diarrhea, yellow poop, and is vomiting. What's wrong?

My dog has been acting normal and playing. I’ve been feeding her glandex chews and changed her to naturvet recently. Yesterday, her stool was normal and then later on it was diarrhea. So, I fed her white rice and chicken. She did not poop at all yesterday till this morning. Her stool was firm but also yellow poop too. Just right now, she threw up about 5 times and it’s all brownish, yellow. If I don’t pick up her poop right away, she eats it. Haven’t been able to take her to the vet, transport

I'm concerned about Maya and it seems like her symptoms are getting worse. This does mean she needs to see a vet now. I would see if you could have a friend or family member take you into a vet right away. Otherwise, call an Uber.

I recommend getting your pet in to be seen by your veterinarian right away. Continued vomiting and diarrhea together are very concerning and can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance as well as low blood sugar. She might have eaten something that either disagreed with her or something that has gotten stuck somewhere in her gastrointestinal tract. She could be sore from a hidden injury you are unaware of, she could have been exposed to some sort of toxin or irritant in her environment or this could be early signs of another condition or disease process. Your pet may need IV fluids to help support his/her system and to be fasted at the same time in order to give the gut a rest. Your vet can do an exam, blood work and possibly x-rays to determine the cause of the illness and suggest an effective treatment plan.

Hi my dog has been sick for the past three days with diarrhea and vomiting yellow liquid like its acid like once or twice a day but she has been needing to use the restroom a lot do you know if she is going to be okay please tell me.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you if things will be ok or not. Just like humans, pets can have vomiting and diarrhea for many many reasons. These could range from a bacterial infection to kidney failure or cancer. Any pets who has vomiting and diarrhea beyond 48 hours needs to be examined by the veterinarian. I recommend to Isabella examined by the veterinarian today so that you can figure out why she is so sick and so that she can receive appropriate treatment. It's best not to wait because continuous illness can lead to dehydration, electrolyte imbalances and many other worsening conditions. I hope she gets better quickly and please feel free to post any additional questions.

My dog has had watery diarrhea all day plus vomiting a few times. Tonight her diarrhea looks very yellow thick & mucus. Her vomit is also the similar. I am just worried, she is a 6-7 lb Pomarainian. She does occasionally try to eat out of the cat box
I would seek out veterinary attention. It is hard to say what could ve wrong, but with small dogs, being sick like this for any length of time can be dangerous. They dont have much (in terms of body weight and resources) to sustain them. If they get sick, they get dehydrated very quickly and it can turn dangerous quickly. Best to have a vet look at them and figure out what is going on.

She is getting diarrhea, with cough vomiting, please tell me some medicine, or home remedies, and please tell how to use this medicine!!
It sounds as Daisy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

Your puppy needs to be seen by a vet right away. Vomiting and diarrhea in a puppy so young is always concerning, but the symptoms sound suspicious of parvo, which can be deadly to a young pup. Your vet will do an exam and labwork to determine what is causing the symptoms and based on these results will be better able to tell you what is going on and how best to treat it.

Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Poor Amaya! If she is still continuing to get ill, I would seek out veterinary care in person ASAP as it is possible she is experiencing severe GI upset or got into something potentially harmful. If she has since settled down and stopped having vomiting or diarrhea episodes, and it's been several hours, you can attempt a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken to help settle her stomach for a few days, and then transition back to her regular food. However if she continues to vomit or have diarrhea, has blood in any of it, a painful abdomen, or her symptoms worsen or new ones appear, a veterinary visit ASAP is needed.

Max sounds very sick at the moment. It could be he has a foreign body, may have severe GI illness, pancreatitis, or could have eaten something rotten causing his symptoms. Poro Blick! I would be concerned that he may have eaten something outside causing him to vomit and have diarrhea. Due to this, I would have him seen by a vet right away. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing his vomiting and diarrhea, and can treat him for them.
