Pet's info: Dog | Lhasa Apso | Male | unneutered | 12 years and 2 months old | 15 lbs
My dog has had constant bloody diarrhoea for 6 months now. He had stools tested, no infections. He has had blood tests, nothing showing other than anaemia from blood loss. He has had USS showing no thickening or tumour. He has had several different medications for colitis with no improvement. He is currently on a steroid a day and Hills I/D food. Vet has now given me 3 months of steroids said we have run out of other medication options as they didn’t work and see you in 3 months. Any ideas? ☹️

Oh my, that sounds stressful! It sounds like you've done a great job working with your vet to try to figure out what's driving Larry's diarrhea. I would recommend adding a probiotic supplement if you're not already, and consider a trial of Hills Biome diet (with your vet's blessing), which is a newer prescription food that has been shown to be quite effective with chronic diarrhea cases. https://www.hillspet.com/dog-food/pd-gastrointestinal-biome-canine-dry?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIpIj8jJGd6AIViIbACh2fngKPEAAYASAAEgKYnPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
