Pregnant dog vomiting, diarrhea, not eating. Vet closed. Help!

Question

Hello my dog is about 54 days pregnant. She's a small Chitzu. And for 3 days now she has Diarrhea and continue vomiting and didn't ear anything for the past 24 hours. How can I help her because the vet is closed for bad weather ? And I am worried even so this is her 3rd delivery in 4 years. Pet's info: Dog | Brussels Griffon | Female | spayed | 4 years and 11 months old
