Your dog needs to be taken immediately to an emergency clinic. Ibuprofen is dangerous to the internal organs, and your dog should be given IV fluids to support organ function and help flush the ibuprofen from the system, as well as supportive and symptomatic care.

    I would definitely be worried and recommend you take him to the vet as soon as possible. Ibuprofen can be very toxic to dogs and this is definitely enough to cause toxicity. Vomiting is also a sign of toxicity, so it's likely that he is already having complications. The vet can give medication to counteract the effects, but it's important to have him treated as soon as possible. I hope that helps and Mack gets better soon.
