My dogs eat grass and vomit. Is it their food, table scraps, or vet?

Hi so I have 4 healthy pits (2 boys & 2 girls) they're 2 yrs old. I have given them the Purina 1 Smart Blend "True Instinct" dog/puppy food brand their whole lives. Now I'm noticing whenever I take them to the restroom the first thing they do is go to the grass & eat it. They even throw up sometimes. Could it be because they need to be on "sensitive food"? Or is this an issue for the vet? PS. Sometimes I give them table food but I have always done that. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 50 lbs
