Dog not eating, sneezing, and bleeding mouth: Is it an emergency?

I had a problem with my dog. Not sure whats going on but he is not eating his food for 4 days. He also have a sneeze and the surface on his mouth is bleeding. Hope you can help me asap. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 7 months old
