Excessive licking may be due to boredom, anxiety/stress, pain, allergies or infection. Place an e-collar (cone) on her to prevent licking and have her physically examined by your veterinarian to diagnose and treat the underlying cause. Any treatment will depend on the diagnosis. https://www.petcoach.co/article/why-does-my-dog-keep-licking-himself/
