My dog is spoiled and won't eat his food. What dog food is best?

I spoiled my dog retrieves and people food now he won't eat his dog food. I tried bil-jac for finicky eaters but the corn makes him itch. He's healthy he sees event has all the shots and heartworm medication. He's shedding excessively now but it's the season but it also could be from the poor diet but his coat is shiny and soft please help. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | neutered | 7 years old | 33 lbs
