Why is my dog suddenly having so many seizures after a vet visit?

My dog had seven seizures in the last 24 hours He had seizure once each for 2 months before and I took him to the vet Said it could be low blood sugar Gave vitamins and antibiotics just in case But 3 weeks later he has Seven in 24 hours ? What could it be???! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 2 months old | 23 lbs

Epilepsy or a brain tumor are the top two things on the list. He should be on anti-seizure medication. It is not low blood sugar in a 5 year old dog unless he has a tumor on his pancreas.
