My dog is coughing, wheezing, and very lethargic. What's wrong?

Milo started a coughing wheezing on feb. 22nd its progressively getting worse. Very lethargic seems very uncomfortable sometimes its productive. Still eating but other than that he just sleeps. He does have allergies. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 9 years and 2 months old | 70 lbs
