Why is my dog still weak and low energy after recovering from illness?

Hi, my Labrador bitch was having a bit of diarrhoea, vomited once and I also came across some blood in her stool. I immediately consulted my vet, she is currently under medication. She seems to be perfect now, having good urge for food too. But she seems to be very weak. She always remains very excited but since yesterday she is mostly sleeping we can feel the less amount of energy in her. Please help me out with some suggestions and let me know what can be the reason behind this. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 4 years and 4 months old | 50 lbs

Good on you for taking Blessy into a vet right away. She will be lethargic from the vomiting and diarrhea. She sounds pretty sick, keep an eye on her for now. If you are concerned she is very weak, have her seen by a vet again today.
