Puppy vomited bile, diarrhea, passed string. Should I go to the vet?

Trying to decide if my puppy needs to go to the vet. She woke up this morning and vomited bile. Then she had an episode of diarrhea and passed what looked like hair and strings from a rope toy. Still eating and drinking, no tenderness in abdomen, still has normal crazy puppy energy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 27 lbs

It's possible what you saw were worms, if they were long and stringy and she is also vomiting, or there may be something such as a rope toy that was actually eaten. in either case, a vet visit is a good idea to rule out a foreign body or treat the parasites.
