Why is my cat not eating, lethargic, and has bloody ear discharge?

Hallo. I have a persian cat named Rex. He's fat, healthy and active. But on Friday, i bought him a new toys but he didn't even gave any response. He just slept all the day. He won't eat too. On saturday, I was working until afternoon. He's in the house with my dad. My dad said he still won't eat. I gave him egg yolk, honey and meo creamy treat. I stir it and I feed him. He refused both the food and the water. Yesterday I realize that was some liquid things on his ears. Its color was like blood.

It's now a medical emergency that Rex won't eat. He's approaching the point where he will develop a fatty liver from not eating, and a fatty liver is fatal without treatment. He sounds quite sick and this cannot be treated at home. Please take him into a vet immediately.
