My cat isn't eating, drooling, and has watery eyes. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 2.7 lbs

My cat is not eating. She tries to swallow the food, but drops. Saliva secretions occurs out of her mouth, but she can not bit the food. Water is coming out of her eyes constantly. Pls advice.

It's actually a medical emergency when cats do not eat. If they go long enough without eating, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Flora could have a severe dental problem preventing her from eating. Please take her into a vet now.
