My dog has a lump in his mouth near his front teeth. Should I worry?

I have 6yrs lebradore dog from three four days i have noticed a lump on his inner mouth near a front down teeth.Should I Be worried ?

Lumps and bumps should always be checked out with a veterinarian in person especially if the lump is growing larger in size, changing in color or shape, or having discharge come from it. Your vet may take a small sample of the mass to help determine what it is and if it concerning enough to be removed.
