Why is my dog vomiting green, not eating, drinking, and peeing red?

My dog last 2 weeks vomit yellowish green fluid and then after that she started not to eat but she drinks a lot of water and now she urinate with reddish liquid and her legs is not in good looks Im scared. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 11 months and 17 days old | 22 lbs
