Dog tore nail, exposed tissue, no bleeding or limping. What now?

My dog tore his nail in half. It’s not bleeding as it didn’t rip the quick behalf that did not contain the quick fell off. The side of the nail and all the tissue is exposed it doesn’t seem to red or inflamed if I do poke it he does pull away but he’s not limping.
