Hi, and thanks for your question. These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed. This is very serious, and cannot wait until tomorrow. He could have a severe GI illness, a foreign body, or pancreatitis among other things. I'm concerned he could deteriorate more waiting for the vet, and he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.

I'm sorry that your dog doesn't seem to be doing well. Hopefully it is just a virus/stomach bug or caused by something he ate and it will pass in a day or two. With vomiting I usually recommend withholding food for 24 hours or so to let the stomach settle down a bit, small amounts of water are ok. After this you can try feeding him something easily digestible like plain boiled chicken and rice. If he's still refusing to eat for more than 3 days, his vomitus becomes bloody or he begins to have diarrhea I would recommend bringing him in to be seen so more dangerous things (like a blockage or pancreatitis) can be ruled out.

It sounds as Toffee is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
