My puppy ate a paper towel. Should I be concerned and go to the vet?

Hello, my dog is a 4 1/2 month old yellow lab at 40 pounds. He just ate half of a white paper towel. Should I be concerned to the point where I should take him to the vet? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 16 days old | 35 lbs
