Why is my dog licking lips, drooling, eating grass, and throwing up?

All of a sudden my 5 yr old boxer will start licking his lips, drooling and acts nervous. We take him out and he searches the yard for a certain kind of grass and eats until he feels better. This happens at all different times. You never known when it will happen. He has had 3 already this week. No diarrhea, his appetite is normal. He will vomit the next morning which is all the grass he ate from the day before. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Male | neutered | 75 lbs

It could be Mason is feeling a bit nauseous. Licking the lips and eating grass can be signs of nausea. Given this happens a couple of times this week, I think it's worth taking him into the vet for a health check this weekend.
