My dog keeps licking her leg wounds despite meds. How to stop?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 5 years and 7 months old | 80 lbs

My dog has severe lick granuloma’s on her legs and i got her medicine refilled after and she’s going after her legs really bad now. I’m calling the vet first thing in the morning

Thank you for contacting PetCoach with your question about Roxi. Oh no, that is bad! You definitely should call the vet in the morning, but until then, we have to stop the licking or it will make things worse. Put an Ecollar on her to keep her from licking it. You can get one at a pet store or make one at home. If you want to make one at home, I will put a link below on how to make it. Try to get her into a vet tomorrow.
