Hello. I have a 13 year old tea cup Yorkie who is partially blind and seems to be getting out of the gate and once out it pooping in various places. I feel she gets lost and doesn’t mean to do it. She’s eating and drinking water just fine and does not appear to suffering. There was a couple of times there were drops of blood in her feces. I don’t know what is going on.

That blood is not normal and my be part of why she is pooping where she is not supposed to. Blood in the feces can indicate significant inflammation in the bowel or stool that is too dry or sticky and may be traumatic (and painful) when passing. I recommend to have Diamond examined by the veterinarian. Bring in a fresh sample of stool so the doctor can see the texture and check her for parasites or a bacterial imbalance. I hope this helps.
