Dog ate a bone, now uncomfortable and off food. What's wrong?

I give my dog esme areal bone yesterday last night she kept walking round, unsettled, and seemed to be uncomfortable when lying down and kept getting back up, she, s off her food today but is drinking water and has been the toilet this morning. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 8 months old | 8 lbs

Continue to monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. If there is minor stomach upset (by your description, she may be nauseous), you can withhold food for 12-24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. If symptoms persist or worsen, then an exam with your veterinarian would be recommended.
