My dog vomits after water, won't eat, and losing balance. Help!

My dog is throwing up everytime she drinks water and does not want to eat as well. She can't walk or stand without losing her balance. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 7 years and 4 months old | 21 lbs
